Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase an Alex Warren VIP Experience and attend the event?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. I have an ADA Request. What’s the best way to request accommodations for my Alex Warren VIP Experience?

Please be sure to include as much information when submitting your request so we can ensure you have proper accommodations. All ADA requests will be processed in the order they are received and dependent on availability.

For accessible seating requests at the show, availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on venue availability. Once your request is received, we will go over all available options.

Our VIP Packages

How do I place my order?

Limited Alex Warren VIP packages are available now! To purchase, click the link for your preferred package at your desired show—you’ll be redirected to the venue’s official ticketing site to complete your order.

Is there an age restriction for the Alex Warren VIP Experiences?

The age policy varies by venue, but most shows are open to all ages. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information.

What is a General Admission ticket?

A General Admission (GA) ticket gives you access to an open area in the venue with no assigned seats—you have the choice to stand in any open area once you’re inside. VIP packages include early entry, so you can be among the first to enter and pick your spot before the rest of the crowd arrives.

If I purchase a Platinum ticket, is that the same as VIP?

Platinum tickets are not VIP tickets. Platinum tickets do not include access to the VIP amenities or areas at the venue. Please be mindful when completing your purchase, and be sure to use the filter feature on the ticket provider’s website so you purchase the correct VIP package.

How will I receive my VIP tickets for the show?

Ticket delivery methods vary by venue, but you’ll be able to select the option that works best for you during the checkout process.

When will I receive information about VIP check-in?

More information and further instructions including check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. These details may vary per show depending on the artist and venue schedules.

How will I receive my merchandise included in the package?

VIP merchandise will be given out at VIP check-in for each show. This is the only way to pick up your VIP merchandise as we are unable to ship these items before or after the show.

Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?

You will need to hold on to your merchandise as there is no storage available on site. 100x is not liable for any misplaced merchandise.

Is parking included in the Alex Warren VIP Experiences?

VIP tickets do not include parking. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information regarding venue parking.

Is there a bag policy?

Bag policies vary from venue to venue. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information on their bag policy.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased VIP experience?

All Alex Warren VIP Experiences are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for more details.
